The Jockey Club Dental Care Training Centre equipped with advanced dental equipment, includes dental chairs, sterilizers, X-ray machines, IT supported electronic health systems and simulation unit, all designed to simulate real-world dental care environments. Purpose-built training labs provide a comprehensive setting for students, ensuring they can practice their skills with precision, efficiency, and safety. The Centre is fully equipped with extensive facilities, including 32 dental chairs and dedicated spaces for both clinical training and community services, reinforcing its position as a leading hub for dental education and care. 

The Centre serves as an integrated training centre of the VTC Hospitality Discipline, providing professional training in hotel and catering, leisure and sports, tourism and Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE), and culinary arts. It is equipped with a range of smart and immersive teaching facilities in sports, tourism and catering, including a 14‑metre fencing piste that meets international standards, a large electronic reaction light wall and a “STEAM Fitness Hallway”, as well as industry‑standard coffee machines.

The center enables students to learn pharmacy equipment and dispensing process for Western and Chinese medicines. It stocks various medicines and features computer systems for dispensing and labeling in simulated dispensary. The "Smart Electronic Medicine Cabinet" automatically selects medications based on prescriptions, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.

The Cybersecurity Centre is equipped with integrated and cutting-edge cybersecurity training facilities to support different types of activities. Cyber Range is one of the major platforms that simulates the operation of an enterprise security operations centre. The Centre consists of a cyber simulation platform that provides scenarios of real-world cyber-attack, and defence and security incident response for training. Through showcasing network and system security, participants can gain a deeper understanding of cybersecurity.

The Pet Care Studio provides hands-on training in a simulated clinic environment, complete with grooming salon and retail displays. Equipped with professional facilities including mobile animal lift tables, pet waiting rooms, an underwater treadmill, bathing station, and grooming tables, students gain practical experience to prepare for careers in pet care and wellness.

The e-Tourism Centre is equipped with professional software used in the hotel industry, allowing students to simulate various scenarios and learn how to use the software to understand the internal operations of hotels.

In addition, to provide a more realistic hotel environment, the centre also simulates a hotel front desk, where students can study various front desk procedures and processes, key management, and door lock simulation systems.

The Fitness room provides professional equipment to train students in practical skills, such as multi-functional skin training devices, body composition analysers, and ultrasound body measurement stations.
